Amazon Prime Video is back with Panchayat Season 2. Starring Jitendra Kumar, Panchayat follows the life of Abhishek, an engineer who joined Panchayat’s Phulera office as a secretary. Panchayat 2 also stars Raghuvir Yadav and Neena Gupta in key roles. The show was supposed to be out on May 20th, but was released two days earlier, on May 18th, following its leak.

Amazon miniTV today announced the premiere of their upcoming short film “Tasalli Se”. The story revolves around two very good friends, Somesh (Nakuul Mehta) and Ranjan (Naveen Kasturia), who had a falling out after a fight on social media, but reconcile after 12 long years. The short film, directed by Tarun Dudeja, will be released for free on the Amazon Shopping App on May 17th

Director Koratala Sivas Acharya brought together megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan in leading roles. The film’s story is based on a Naxalite movement and buddy capitalists. The film, which hit theaters on April 29, also stars Pooja Hegde, Sonu Sood and Tanikella Bharani in supporting roles.

12th man
Director Jeethu Joseph’s 12th Man stars Mohanlal, Unni Mukundan, Saiju Kurup and Shivada Nair. The film follows the story of a group of men and women who take a trip to a mountain station. Mohanlal becomes an uninvited guest who is an alcoholic. There is also a dead man. Who committed the murder and what happens to the rest forms the story.
Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers
A 30-year comeback, Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers catches up with the former Disney Afternoon TV stars in modern-day Los Angeles. It is an animated action-adventure comedy based on the characters Chip and Dale.

It shows them desperately trying to make it big online on the promise of instant fame and money from a hugely popular live streaming app. The story follows the lives of people connected to a fictional live broadcasting app called Escaype Live.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, RRR is a historical action drama set in the pre-independence era. The fictional story is based on the lives of two revolutionaries, Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju. The film is produced by DVV Danayya. RRR has grossed over Rs 1100 crore worldwide. RRR will also stream on Netflix.
