This Saturday you can catch a movie on the big screen at Rhode Island’s newest luxury theater for just $5. The price is outrageous these days and the theater’s multi-million dollar renovation is out of this world.
Back in February, the Showcase Cinema De Lux Warwick opened its huge XPlus Laser Premium Large Format Auditorium. Now they are ready for moviegoers to enjoy the upgrades in each auditorium such as: B. Fully powered loungers, not to mention the slick new lobby.

When the pandemic first broke, cinemas across the country closed their doors and movie fans were forced to watch the latest releases from their own sofas. Many seemed to like this change, and a post-quarantine poll found that movie-goers felt lower prices and more comfortable seats would be the only things that would bring them back.
This Saturday you can get both at the Showcase Cinema De Lux Warwick.
The theater is celebrating all of its new features by offering guests $5 movie tickets for Saturday, May 21st only. And considering the weather will reportedly creep to 90 degrees that day, spending a few hours in a luxurious, air-conditioned cinema sounds like an amazing idea.
On that day, Showcase Warwick will screen The Bad Guys, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Downton Abbey: A New Era, 2000 Mules, Everything Everywhere All at Once and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. play ,”, “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore”, “Family Camp”, “Firestarter”, “Men” and even “The Met: Live in HD Lucia di Lammermoor”. Obviously there are options for everyone.
And snacks for everyone. One of the major renovations was the creation of the lobby bar and concession area. This area now features Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs, Uno Express Pizzas, Pretzel Depot hand-rolled pretzels, Starbucks coffee and gourmet popcorn, and over 40 types of candy. Yummy!
Adults can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails on tap, premium spirits and craft beers in the new lobby bar with a cozy lounge seating area. It’s like a movie night and a bar stop all in one place.
