Transfers in, CU football recruits

The roster overhaul has come swiftly and with fury.

Since Deion Sanders was hired as Colorado football coach, there has been a wave of players leaving the program and new substitutes joining.

Sanders and associates also added a number of high school signers.

Here’s a look at the changes to the Colorado roster since “Coach Prime” was dropped in Boulder. Last updated on January 25th.

Transfers to Colorado Football under Deion Sanders

Kyndrich Breedlove, cornerback

The 5-foot-11 Breedlove switched from Ole Miss. He appeared in 10 games over two seasons on special teams for the Rebels.

Jordan Domineck, defender

The 6-foot-3 Domineck was moved from Arkansas. He appeared in 13 games in 2022 and made 34 tackles with 7.5 sacks and 9.5 tackles for the loss. Prior to Arkansas, he was at Georgia Tech and has 16.5 career sacks.

Taylor Upshaw, defense attorney

The 6-foot-4 upshaw was carried over from Michigan. As a four-year-old letterman in Michigan, he appeared in 37 games with five sacks and 10.5 tackles for losses.
