A 22-year-old man is in custody on second-degree murder charges following a fatal shooting at a Fort Myers restaurant depot.

A Port Charlotte man remained in custody Saturday, accused of fatally shooting another man in the parking lot of a members-only chain store.

Jancarlos Lizardi Rosado, 22, was in the Lee County Jail. He faces charges of second-degree murder. Prison records show Rosado’s indictment is scheduled for April 17.

Around 10:50 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a shooting at the Depot restaurant, 17751 South Tamiami Trail in south Fort Myers.
