WALTHAM, Mass. – Senior Jordan Soifer (Stamford, Conn./Westhill) and jr Max Bonte (Bradenton, Florida/St. Stephen’s) were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District men’s tennis team for Division II.

The 2023 Academic All-District® men’s tennis teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined accomplishments on the court and in the classroom. Student athletes are recognized in four divisions, NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

Academic All-District® Honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® voting. First, second and third team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on June 1st.

Soifer was the Falcons’ No. 1 in singles this season, and he and Bonte were No. 1 in doubles.

A Finance major with a Minor in Sustainable Investing and Entrepreneurship, Soifer is an NE10 All-Conference Individuals selection twice during his career. He is also a two-time ITA Scholar athlete.

Bonte was Bentley’s No. 2 in singles that season. He is a two-time NE10 All-Conference singles selection. He majored in Finance and minored in Entrepreneurship and was named an ITA Scholar-Athlete in 2021.
