Scheana Shay plans to attend the Vanderpump Rules See you in person, despite Raquel Leviss’ restraining order against her.
Leviss, 28, and Shay, 37, reportedly got into a physical altercation on March 2 after Shay learned Leviss was having an affair with them VPR Costar Tom Sandoval for months.
The news hit like a bomb as Sandoval, 40, had been dating fellow actor Ariana Madix for nine years. The two split after the infidelity was revealed and Leviss has since been granted a restraining order against Shay, which she alleges punched her in the face following the revelation.
Meanwhile the VPR The cast is filming season 10 and will be reuniting next week for a much-anticipated reunion. talk about them Scheanigans Podcast Shay made it clear that she plans to be there in person.
“As far as I know, I intend to be there in person,” she said on Friday’s episode of her podcast, adding, “I have no say in how that’s going to go logistically.”
“If it’s Zoom … we also have another COVID test that we need to do before we meet again. So it’s not my fault at all. I just want to be very clear about that,” she continued.

Regarding the aftermath of the scandal, the reality star said: “It was really hard just hearing everything, seeing everything, going back and thinking about everything. You will see a lot of this game. It started out a little bit with episode of the week, but each episode for the rest of the season should see people through a very different lens.”
Shay’s attorney, Neama Rahmani, previously told PEOPLE that unless Leviss – whose birth name is Rachel – doesn’t lift her restraining order, it could make filming the reunion difficult or even impossible.
“The current restraining order currently prohibits Scheana from being within 100 meters of Rachel, so they cannot both be physically present at the reunion,” Rahmani said. “Not only did Rachel betray her friends, she sabotaged this reunion because it just can’t happen in a meaningful way while this order is in effect.”
“There’s really no mechanism to change that kind of restraining order before the hearing, so at least if they all get together in person, the reunion is certainly jeopardized,” Rahmani added.

Rahmani noted that the two co-stars are forbidden from speaking to each other, even when calling virtually. “Possibly one of them could zoom in and appear virtually, but Scheana is still unable to communicate with Rachel, either directly or through an intermediary,” the attorney said.
However, according to Rahmani, Shay and Leviss may be able to film in person if the reunion date is changed or the restraining order is lifted. Currently, the reunion is scheduled to be taped on March 23, while a restraining order hearing is scheduled for March 29, which could change the order from temporary to permanent.

Court documents obtained earlier by PEOPLE confirmed that the Los Angeles Superior Court had granted Leviss’ request for an injunction against Shay.
In the filing, Leviss claimed that she suffered injuries following the alleged altercation between her and Shay around 1:30 a.m. on March 2.
The Bravo star claimed she was bumped into a wall, resulting in an injury to the back of her head, before Shay “punched me in the face and hurt my left eye.” She described that she “[a] black eye and cut/scar on left eyebrow, blurred vision and swelling on left eye” after attack.

After the restraining order was granted, Shay denied the allegations in a statement to PEOPLE via Rahmani.
“This whole case is a fabrication by a known liar and fraudster who betrayed everyone close to her,” Rahmani said. “Scheana never hit Rachel, period. The alleged dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”
“Neither Scheana nor any of the cast want anything to do with Rachel in the future,” the statement continued. “The judge heard only a one-page account of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.”
