Below we analyze the lines of Tipico Sportsbook New Mexico vs. Colorado State oddsand do our college football picks and predictions from the experts.

Coach Jay Norvell came to Colorado State from Nevada in hopes of propelling the Rams to the top of Mountain West. He knew he had a hard road ahead of him. This season has still been far more disappointing than he imagined, as Colorado State has struggled to a 2-9 record and includes a 17-14 loss to the Nevada team they left.

New Mexico arrives in conference winless, having only 80 points in those 7 conference games. At 2-9, both teams are also in the bottom 20 of the 131 Div. I football programs and this will be a game to forget in the last week of the football season.

Selection and predictions for New Mexico and Colorado State

State of Colorado 17, New Mexico 10

money line

If you have to bet on this game, don’t make it an ML bet as -300 on Colorado State is too high and +240 on New Mexico isn’t worth the value as the Lobos are winless in the conference.

Against the spread

From the board.

over under

BET UNDER 35 (-109)

With both teams being terrible on offense, there’s not much to say about that number. New Mexico is averaging 11.4 points in conference games and Colorado State is averaging 14. One low-scoring game will be played in Colorado Springs. Despite the extremely small number, I still like it Under 35 (-109) as my favorite game.
