“It will change the gaming landscape” – Fortnite creator SypherPK is excited about the massive announcement for battle royale gamers and reflects on how it will shape the future

It seems like Epic Games is going all out to make Fortnite one of the best battle royale games in the industry. Your efforts are pretty obvious. From intriguing collaborations to newer gear, the game changes dynamically. With more additions coming to the game soon, Fortnite has shared the biggest news about its future.

Fortnite Creative 2.0 is finally getting its public debut this month. Creative 2.0 is believed to have a lot of potential and the community has goosebumps ahead of its arrival.

Fortnite Pro SypherPK talks about what the new mode offers

In his most recent post, SypherPK, the well-known Fortnite content creator spoke about what’s included in the new mode. By the looks of it, these new additions would be a game-changer for battle royale.

“It will change the gaming landscape” said Sypher about the potential that Creative 2.0 has to offer. Here’s a list of what to expect from the new mode.

1. Modeling

The introduction of the Unreal Engine to the Fortnite Metaverse allows players to custom model objects in the game. With its help, you can bring real ideas into the metaverse. Create something new and unique that the Fortnite world hasn’t seen before.

2. Textures

This is an adjacent component of modeling. It allows you to add texture to the surfaces you model. This can give these models the desired style. It can be cartoon effect or even realistic style. The possibilities are endless. You can even create custom textures that currently don’t even exist.

3. Custom Assets

All of this might make someone think that only experienced designers can use this new feature. But if you have the idea and the will, you can get custom assets from the Unreal Engine Market. There are free and premium versions that you can get your hands on, making your Unreal creative journey easier.

4.SFX

Imagine bringing your own custom sound effects to the game. NPCs have your or your friend’s voice, weapons make sounds you deem appropriate. All of this would be possible in the application. In Creative 2.0, you can customize the sound and voice to your liking. SypherPK was too excited to bring the OG weapon sound back into the game.

5. Verse Programming Language

According to Sypher, Fortnite developed its own programming language called Verse Programming. These would allow people with the required idea to program to show their skills in turning creative ideas into reality.

6. Niagra VFX and terrain modeling

The last piece of the puzzle. With the help of this incredible feature, people could put the VFX of their desires into the game. This feature allows you to add stylish cosmetics, effects, and so on to the metaverse.

Terrain modeling allows you to create a custom map. The geographies can be designed according to the whims of the user thanks to this interesting feature. With the introduction of this unique feature, you can create maps of your dreams.

There are also many other features present in Unreal Engine’s creative mode. How ‘live editing’ where multiple people can work on the same map. Divide and rule, this statement is made plausible by Fortnite with this addition.
