HBO Max Schedule May 20-26 March: New TV shows and movies, and new TV shows and TV series
The fourth and final season of the Showtime program. The DVD-only series will be available March 20-26.
The streaming service will premiere the SuccessionSeason 4 on March 26th. The story of the Roy family comes from the original origin of the book. All the kids stand behind the movie The King of the West. The series follows their child’s life as they reflect on what the future holds for their father after their aging father returns from the company.
In season four, the sale of mid-tier giant Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson is getting much closer, the season recap explains. The prospect of this harrowing sale sparks existential angst and family divisions for the Roys as they plan to see what their lives will be like after the sale is over. It follows as the family contemplates a future in which their cultural and political clout is greatly diminished.
The show stars Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Alan Ruck, Kieran Culkin and Sarah Snook. Also, Nicholas Braun, Hiam Abbass, Peter Friedman, Matthew Macfadyen, Rob Yang, J. Smith-Cameron Dagmara Dominczyk, Arian Moayed, Justine Lupe, David Rasche, and Fisher Stevens.
Jesse Armstrong, a successful showrunner, also created the Emmy-winning series. The list of directors includes Adam McKay, Frank Rich, Kevin Messick, Jane Tranter, Mark Mylod, Tony Roche, as well as Scott Ferguson, Jon Brown, Lucy Prebble, Will Tracy and Will Ferrell.
