Harry & Meghan will share the full story (so far) of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s relationship
In a post announcing the Harry & Megan Documentary series and revealing first look images, Netflix Tudum (opens in new tab) provided some key details about the upcoming streaming event. One of the biggest pieces of information revealed was that the series will “span the span of their relationship” from their early beginnings to the Duke and Duchess’ decision to leave royal life behind and not even two years after their wedding in California to begin anew, will explore May 2018 televised wedding.
How the documentary series will tackle the way the Sussexes have navigated the challenges and controversies during their relationship – both inside and outside the royal family – remains to be seen, but if past interviews are any indication, it will be direct and unabashed take place .
The docuseries is divided into six episodes
As Netflix announced Harry & Megan In November 2022, the streaming platform also announced that the upcoming documentary series will consist of six episodes. The running times and themes contained in each of these six episodes have not yet been announced, but it wouldn’t be ruled out that each chapter focuses on a different phase in the couple’s relationship. We’ll just have to wait and see when the documentary series makes its streaming debut in the near future.
The documentaries will feature interviews with the couple’s friends and family
Not only will Prince Harry and Meaghan Markle remain on-screen throughout the duration of the six-part documentary series, Netflix has also announced that the former royal couple’s friends and family will be featured in interviews. The announcement came close to revealing who exactly was being interviewed Harry & Meganbut it’s doubtful viewers will see Harry’s brother, William, Prince of Wales and heir to the throne, barring archival footage or old photos.
While it doesn’t look like William, his wife Kate, or even Harry’s father, King Charles III, will sit down for an interview at any point in the upcoming streaming event, it wouldn’t be so far-fetched to think that we’ I’ll be seeing some of the Duke and Duchess’ celebrity friends and neighbors like Jennifer Aniston or Tyler Perry, the latter of whom hosted the couple after they moved to the United States.
The Harry & Meghan trailer offers a brief but emotional glimpse into the history of the former royal couple
In December 2022, Netflix gave the world its first look at Harry & Megan in the form of the quick teaser trailer. At just over a minute long, the video makes the most of its short length with new footage of the former royal couple as well as a range of photographs from their respective formative years, early days of their relationship, wedding, and royal life.
No surprise, but the Harry & Megan The teaser trailer is incredibly emotional (even before the brief shot of the couple wiping tears from their eyes) and seems to set the tone for the raw and unabashed documentary series to be released in the months (or weeks) to come.
