Where to find fish in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4

You have a few options when it comes to getting fish and they don’t all involve a rod. There are 23 fish to collect, same as in chapter 3 season 3.

fishing

fishing rod barrel

In order to fish, you need to find a rod, which is usually obtained by searching fishing rod barrels, which you can find either around shacks or on docks. All fishing rods are common rarities, but the pro fishing rod is rare.

Aim fishing rod

When you have the fishing rod equipped, you should hold the target and make the target ball land on those fish spots. These are the only places where you can actually catch a fish. These spots can also supply weapons, so while you’re guaranteed to catch something, it won’t always be a fish.

You can also use Harpoon Guns for fishing, they are much faster to use and give 10 shows to snag fish.

ice machines

These ice machines are located outside of gas stations and will always give the player at least one bottom fish, such as a blue squirrel and a small fry.
