Off-Broadway’s The Public Theater hosted its Gala on the Green on May 24 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park. The event featured a series of performances by stage graduates such as Renée Elise Goldsberry, Oscar Isaac, Norm Lewis, Kimber Elayne Sprawl and the Jina Brass Band and Rich Medina.

Meg Zervoulis acted as the evening’s musical director. Gil Shiva of the Susan Stein Shiva Foundation and Jamie Maleszka, director of creative arts at the Fortune Society, were both honored at the gala.
