Another GOAT from the Kansas City area is also dealing with a sprained ankle

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is considered by many to be one of the greatest football players of all time. Often referred to as the GOAT, this week’s KMBC 9 encountered a real-life goat that shares something in common with Patrick Mahomes. There is no snow day for the farm in Colonial Gardens. From pruning trees to feeding animals, there is always something to do. They even have to check on a goat. . .that has a butt on the ankle.Grace Ames helps take care of the animals here on the farm. She says it’s a little odd that this goat has a sprained right ankle. Especially since everyone is talking about the sprained right ankle of GOAT Patrick Mahomes. “Fortunately we didn’t have to call the vet for our goat – we just packed it up. That seemed to relieve enough pressure that she can walk around and do whatever she needs to do,” Ames said. Mahomes’ rehab is probably more intense than what this two-year-old Nigerian pygmy goat is doing. But we have more access here Footage of this goat pro shows that this kid should be fine in a few days: “She should be up and running in no time,” Ames said. All of Kansas City is hoping that goat’s knuckle is game-ready, too. “She’s actually ready for Sunday’s game — I hope the GOAT is, too,” Ames said.
