Addison Reserve Country Club of Delray Beach, FL announces a $20 million golf course renovation project for its three 9-hole championship golf courses. Renowned golf course architect Rees Jones, along with his design partner and Vice President Steve Weisser, designed and will oversee the implementation of improvements and expansions to the three courses.
Phase one of the improvements, beginning in May 2023, will focus on the first 9-hole course, Trepidation, as well as the putting and chipping areas and driving range. Phase one is expected to be completed and playable in December 2023. The two additional courses, Redemption and Salvation, will be renovated in 2024.

Members voted and voted overwhelmingly in favor of this renovation, which will include complete upgrades to every aspect of the golf courses. In addition, there will be new practice facilities with practice and fitting areas, Top Golf facilities with a lighted driving range, a golf pro shop, a snack bar and a golfers’ lounge/bar.
