South Korean KH Lee will attempt to join a select PGA Tour company at this week’s AT&T Byron Nelson 2023 in McKinney, Texas. The tournament has been held at TPC Craig Ranch for the last two years and Kim has won both times. He totaled 51 under par in those wins and is aiming to be only the 10th PGA Tour golfer in the past 80 years to hit a three-pointer. The last to do so was Steve Stricker at the 2009-11 John Deere Classic. Kim faces a strong Byron Nelson 2023 field led by world No. 2 Scottie Scheffler. Jordan Spieth was forced to retire with a wrist injury, but several other veteran stars will tee off on Thursday. Among them are Nelson winners Jason Day (2010) and Adam Scott (2008), as well as Matt Kuchar and 2021 Masters champion Hideki Matsuyama.

Scheffler is the clear 9-2 favorite in Caesars Sportsbook’s 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson Odds, followed by Tyrrell Hatton (14-1), Day (18-1), and Lee (18-1). Other frontrunners in the AT&T Byron Nelson 2023 field include Tom Kim (20-1), Matsuyama (25-1), Scott (35-1), and Kuchar (35-1). Before settling on the 2023 Wells Fargo Championship, be sure to check out PGA Tour predictions and best bets from SportsLine golf insider Sia Nejad.

Nejad specializes in betting and DFS in golf, among other things. He has had incredible success in the outright market, first round leader market and betting on head-to-head matches. Last week he had Wyndham Clark among his longshot outrights and assisted the 75-1 shot before dominating at Quail Hollow for his first PGA Tour win.

In 2022, he beat six first-round leaders in 12 weeks while scoring tournament outrights throughout the year. In 2023, Sportsline debuted “The Early Wedge,” and in the first three months of the show, he scored two FRLs and three overall picks. Nejad also had a successful head-to-head record (including full tournament sweeps in head-to-head matches) in eight weeks out of ten. It was up more than 70 units in those three months.

Now Nejad has studied the AT&T Byron Nelson 2023 field and laid down his best bets, top sleepers and favorites to avoid. You can now head over to SportsLine to see all of Nejad’s PGA picks and analysis.

Top 2023 AT&T Byron Nelson Expert Tips

In a big surprise, Nejad Scheffler fades this week saying the price is “just too low”. The pundit says “it’s difficult to look the other way” given the Dallas native’s dominance to date. Scheffler could retake the world No. 1 ranking from Jon Rahm and that will certainly motivate him, but there’s a major next week. If there are minor flaws in his game, he will work out the kinks ahead of the PGA Championship. The 26-year-old has finished T-10 and T-11 in his last two tournaments and hit T-47 and T-15 in his first two appearances at Craig Ranch.

Meanwhile, the pundit has seen some signs that Kim will return to the mix for Siege starting this week. The rising star’s game is “finally starting to get into the form that we saw last summer,” says Nejad. The pundit still has concerns about the 20-year-old’s putting, but he looked strong on his T-23 finish at Quail Hollow last week. A T-7 followed in Zurich with Si Woo Kim, and he also tied for 16th at the Masters. The South Korean has had two PGA Tour wins in his short career and Nejad believes Kim is leaning towards one more.
